Shorts weather is coming
Hello friends, here are some snapshots from the month of May 2023, the month that brought thunderstorms, mosquitoes and eventually shorts and sandals. Haha! Enjoy!
Sometimes they snuggle in the mornings, and it takes everything inside me not too burst from cuteness overload.
Now tell me, doesn’t this look freaky?! Our son has no body. Haha.
And Daphné is missing her lower half.
It’s bright.
I used to do this when I was younger, put a water bottle in my hair. Daphné embraced it attitude and all. Django wanted to play, so I used the tank from the bathtub water gun. He was pleased as punch. These two crack me up daily… when they’re not making me crazy.
Ball pit!
Django loves Daphné’s friends, and they love him. Win. Win.
Baby shower for Gaëlle.
Daphné liked that Django got glasses, because she enjoyed trying on all the fancy sunglasses.
Sunday school is a mini boy band!
Daphné’s favorite person at church, Éloïse.
Every 6 months =).
Django still ops to lay on mama. I don’t mind at all. He is so calm.
Park hopping day. Started at Thiole.
Ended at Notre Dame.
Making crumbs for Papa’s birthday cheesecake.
And Django helps too. Safety first.
Good pals from church. It’s so amazing being part of a healthy church. It’s built-in family. We are so thankful for each person God brings to Calvary Chapel Nice.
Papa turns 41 and gets a cool music-making machine.
Swim season is open.
A fun visit from Nancy’s brother Steve and his wife Suzie.
My little beach explorers.
Weeeeeee!
Pierre took this one, and I included it because it’s rare to be in a picture without it being a selfie. I’m wrangling prescription sunglasses for our bud.
His look of choice. The hat. He loves the hat, you guys! It’s adorable.
Tell me you’re a pastor’s kid without telling me you’re a pastor’s kid. Polishing off communion like a good boy. Haha!
My niece Rowyn is also in 2nd grade like Daphné, and her class did the Flat Stanley project. We enjoyed having 4 of them with us for a few days.
Stay tuned, I’m trying to play blog catch up before our trip.
