Haircut
Since it happens only once a year, I like to document it. I know, I know, “they say” we should get a trim more often, but ain’t nobody got time for that. Here are 9 pictures of my haircut and highlight journey for April 2026 - hahaha!
Before.
Another before with a fancy robe from the salon, Identity Hair Design.
Highlights by a really sweet gal named Luna. I’m receiving the nearest radio station.
Weird yellow goop, apparently to make my hair more shimmery.
After the shampoo and conditioner.
Wet hair and fresh highlights ready for the cut.
Mid-blowdry.
Back home with the final result. In the picture, it looks like my hair is darker, but it’s not. The highlights are natural and subtle.
I’m very happy. Last year, I went short, which I really enjoyed. I’ve decided to let it grow a bit. Since my hair grows slower than a sloth riding on a molasses river, I asked for the tiniest of trims. Arnaud did a great job.
I’m really thankful for Identity Hair Design. I know I will get quality hair results. They are the best. Thanks Kate, Arnaud and Luna!
