Daphné turns 9!!!

I’m absolutely humbled to know this person. Daphné is a kind and sassy girl with strong convictions and a love for animals that runs deep. She is a joy of a daughter, a super fun big sister, and she will do anything to save her mama from papa’s tickle attacks! 2015 seems like yesterday and also forever-ago.

Daphné, we pray you continue to grow into a person who loves Jesus with her whole heart and who loves people with compassion and empathy. You are a courageous girl, and you give us so much reason to be proud of you!

I often tell Daphné that she has so many great friends because she is one herself. We enjoy seeing her navigate the ups and downs of friendships, the rough patches and the joys. She is always learning and growing and looking forward to school the next day! We love you Daphné.
