Daphné Art (drawing)

This is where Daphné really shines. She absolutely loves to draw. I’m always impressed, especially since I have very little drawing skills myself. She draws when she’s happy, when she’s sad, when she’s bored, when she has a brilliant idea, when she wants to make something for someone else. Art is often therapeutic for her. She loves it, and we love encouraging her. Enjoy some originals by Daphné Christiane Petrignani.

Lots of little art.

There was a period that was more difficult at school than others. I gave Daphné a challenge to remember as many good things that happened during the day that she could. I was so touched when she came home one day with this list. She is such a gift.

  • Alice was nice to me.

  • I did all my work.

  • The day was easy.

  • I made a bracelet for Nils.

  • I’m happy the day went by fast.

Why do we read the Bible. The start of book.

I love this fish eyes girl.

She is often inspired to draw after watching a movie. This was after watching “How to Train Your Dragon.”

Here is a fun comic book progression based on the song, “Hug a Turtle” by Parry Grip.

Her favorite comic series is called Ariol. He is a cute 9 year-old donkey.

Her detail always fascinates me. I like the lips and the eyes, even the freckles.

3 different scenes.

Writing her name in handwriting, capitals and lowercase.

We love how Daphné expresses herself through her art, and we enjoy encouraging her to continue using her gift to bless others too!

Love Linz
