2 more birthdays
Hello there, I don’t know about you, but November through February is loaded with celebration around these parts. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Rob and Cricri’s wedding anniversary, the New Year, Daphné’s birthday…. and Cricri’s birthday, Pierre’s birthday, Pierre and Nancy’s wedding anniversary, my birthday and cousin Noé’s birthday. SO. MUCH. FUN.
Below, you will find photos from celebrating Tata Cricri (Daphné’s great aunt, who is Pierre’s sister) AND celebrating Papi Pierre!
Tata Cricri’s name is actually Christiane, and if you know Daphné’s middle name, you will connect immediately who she is named after. Daphné Christiane and Tata Christiane warm up to celebrate.
It was a few days earlier than her actual birthday, which is 24 January, but since she was in town, we partied!
Daphné enjoys blowing out the candles, and she was a welcomed helper to Tata Cricri.
Christiane Teamwork!
Another fun part of this day was the surprise element. Cricri thought that when she walked in, the party flags and decorations were just left-over from Daphné’s birthday on 9 January. She was surprised in a good way that it was all for her. We are so thankful for you. Next time, we’ll celebrate with Rob too =).
We love you Cricri!
And then, we got to celebrate Papi Pierre!!!
I know I mention it often, but I don’t think I could ever say it enough. We are so very thankful and blessed that we get to live in the same apartment building as Pierre and Nancy. It’s really so wonderful for all of us!
Nancy is laughing because Pierre filmed himself blowing out the candle. Haha. We celebrated a day early on the Sunday before his actual birthday (1 February).
I hope I’m as young as this guy is when I turn 72. You may have noticed that he also has incredible balance on his head =).

Want some?
We stopped by after school on Monday the 1st to give Papi a birthday huddle.
Thanks for being such a wonderful father-in-law to me and super Papi to our kiddos!
We love you Papi!
