All things Christmas
Here are all the fun Christmas 2025 “events” in one place. Enjoy!
Christmas Party at school
Posing with the director of the school, a teacher, Santa and 3 others in the parent association with me.
My outfit for the day.
I love seeing Django at his school.
And I got to see both kids! It’s always fun to see them playing with their friends, and I love how excited they are to see me and give me a hug.
Me next to the president of our parent association, Nadia and two other parents, David and Pauline. We have so much fun together!
Christmas Party at church
As you can see, the boys dominate Sunday school.
Christmas shopping
Tonio took the kids to do some grocery shopping, which ending in some fun photos. Django elf!
Daphné elf.
And they each were able to buy themselves (with their own money) a Christmas gift, which was wrapped by me and put under the tree. It’s fun as they get older that they can appreciate delayed gratification.
Christmas Eve service
Tonio led songs, communion and prayer. I sang with him.
It’s always a really sweet service to remember why we celebrate Christmas - Jesus Christ’s birth.
Filled the stockings while the kids slept.
Christmas day
Cinnamon rolls. They take so much prep, but oh boy, it is so worth it!
Sleepy, morning faces.
I love this crew!
And we are so thankful to have Papi Pierre and Mamie Nancy live in our same apartment building.
Reading the Christmas story.
She loves reading out loud to an audience. Django loves listening.
Gift time.
A fun music maker.
Mama’s turn.
Yay! New non-stick pans.
Iran Man came to visit!
Daphné’s turn.
Merci Cricri!
And Django is up!
This has been his favorite gift. He has played with it every day since, except when we were in Italy (blog post to come).
As the kids built LEGO at home, I came out for a little stroll to enjoy this beauty.
Merry Christmas from Nice, France!
I hope you had fun with however and with whomever you celebrated Christmas this year!
