Thé de Noël 2025

We had a lovely women’s Christmas tea this year. It was a blessing, especially not planning one last year. Julie shared the gospel message and many heard about the good news of salvation for the first time. Our theme was “The greatest gift in history” with Ephesians 2:8.

We also had a gal from church take more professional photos, so you will see the difference between my photos and hers. Thank you again Marlène.

Enjoy the photos below.

Welcome!

Set-up and Preparation

I prepared the overhead slides. Julie and Christèle prepared these “gifts” for the skit they prepared.

Each lady was given our theme verse beautifully printed and laminated by Ellie. It was a lot of great team work. “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” -Ephesians 2:8

Craft ready. We folded these papers into mini gifts and put them inside a Christmas decoration ball. Thank you Jess for your planning!

Tonio ran sound and the overheads.

He kept the Christmas music ambiance going. And you can see this photo is by a pro, not me…haha!

Christmas Songs

Getting ready.

We sang 3 Christmas songs together in French.

The Sketch

Christèle and Julie did such a wonderful job acting out how we can’t appreciate the good news until we realize we have a problem, the bad news of sin. It was well-received and helped us all deeper understand the good news of Jesus.

The Good News

Julie shared so beautifully and from her heart and from the truth of God’s Word the message of salvation and how desperately we all need God’s grace. Such a good reminder and an amazing first time for many hearing it.

The Yummy Treats

We never lack at women’s events.

Sucré and salé.

I went back 3 times to refill my plate.

Craft Time

Can’t forget the beautiful gem stickers.

It was a blessing. I’m so thankful for each person who came. A beautiful time of fellowship and truth. Sure, I was tired after, but it was worth it.
