Début Décembre 2023

December is always packed full of goodness. Here’s a look at our first 20 days of December. Enjoy!

Django had a birthday party, so Daphné and I had a little date. She bought herself a cowgirl hat.

A photo from the birthday party at the National Sports Museum.

The party was a mix of sports and Star Wars - meet C3-PO Django.

Darth Daphné.

Listen to me, you will.

Wookiee mama and X-Wing pilot daughter.

Playing around at the Sports Museum.

Park stop.

This is Elliot. He and I chat often on Wednesdays when Daphné is tacking up her horse.

Riding Apollon.

The decorating crew with the parent association at the kids school.

Another one in the main office area. We are so thankful for the kids’ school.

Decorating for the ladies lunch at church.

Ready with my girl for the ladies Christmas lunch.

Look what we got!!! Oh ya baby. Daphné’s face is classic. A solid wink. Her class this year was a combination of 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade. I think she really enjoys being the older one in the class.

We are so thankful for this incredible person, and we are so honored to be her parents.

Here is Django’s class. The overall looks of confusion and unpreparedness is absolute perfection. Enter laughing-so-hard-I’m-crying emojis here.

This guy is pretty amazing. The progress he is making this year is so encouraging. We love watching him become his own person.

Growing lentils at Christmas - is this a tradition in other countries too?

Family challenge - dominos with household items.

Kleenex boxes, games, books, cereal, etc…

Her trusty Smarties.

Taking care of myself.

Shorter hair - so happy.

Cookie time.

We made a LOT.

The kids decorating always makes me smile.

The primary/elementary age kids at church sang a Christmas song for the church. I think everyone was really blessed, including the kids. Well done Lorena, Daphné, Julian, Emmanuel, Eunice and Guélia!

If you want to see the video, you can visit the church YOUTUBE channel. Enjoy!

The yearly general assembly meeting - we finalized 2022 (finally, praise the LORD!!!)

It was a great turn-out. We are thankful for all your prayers for this meeting and all the work that went into it before.

Getting Muguet ready.

Riding Muguet on this beautiful chilly day.

Can you find Daphné in purple? Her horse instructor Marie (standing in black) is so sweet. We are really thankful for this equestrian center. It seems to be a great fit for an introduction to riding for Daphné.

See you soon with some more posts! May your days be filled with God’s joy and peace.

Love Linz
